1. Login to your PERS web account:
    Login box
  2. Click User Settings from the menu on the left side:
    Click User Settings
  3. Click the Change Email Address / Paperless button:
    Click Change Email Address/Paperless
  4. Ensure the Go Paperless box is checked and click Update:
    Check Go Paperless
  5. Click Save These Changes on the next page:
    Click Save These Changes
  6. Your account is now set up to receive electronic statements
