The Retirement Board appoints members to the Police and Firefighters’ Retirement Fund Advisory Committee. The committee currently has six members. The committee makes recommendation to the Retirement Board concerning administration of and benefits payable from the police and firefighters’ fund. The board consults with the committee on all matters concerning this fund and considers recommendations from this committee on their merits. The Advisory Committee consists of two fire fighters, two police officers, one fire management, and one police management representative. It’s members include:
Troyce Krumme
Mr. Krumme is the Vice Chair of the Las Vegas Metro Police Managers and Supervisors Association. He was appointed to the Committee in 2022.
Tamrah Jackson
Ms. Jackson is a Major with the Nevada State Police- Highway Patrol Division. She was appointed to the Committee in 2023.
Bill Gardner
Mr. Gardner is a Fire Captain with the City of North Las Vegas. He was appointed to the Committee in 2020.
Nels Eastgard
Mr. Eastgard is a Captain/Paramedic with the Clark County Fire Department. He was appointed to the Committee in 2023.
Scott Vivier
Mr. Vivier is a Deputy Fire Chief for the City of Henderson Fire Department. He was appointed to the Committee in 2017.
Scott Nicholas
Mr. Nicholas is the Vice President of the Las Vegas Police Protective Association. He was appointed to the Committee in 2022.
