In conjunction with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board's recent roundtables on public pension financing and disclosure, NASRA prepared a one-page summary of the new and distinct pension calculations that would be required by GASB, produced by Moody's and needed for pension funding. A co-branded version of the document is currently in development as part of efforts to educate stakeholder organizations, particularly those that were part of the Pension Funding Task Force, which will be distributed as soon as it is finalized.
