The on-line acknowledgments or other messages, which appear on your screen for transactions entered, do not mean that the transactions have been received, accepted or rejected by PERS. These acknowledgments are only an indication that the transactional information entered by you has either been transmitted to PERS, or that it cannot be transmitted. It is the responsibility of PERS to confirm to you that it has received the information and accepted or rejected a transaction.

You are responsible for reviewing all account statements in order to verify the accuracy of all account information provided in the statement and all transactions entered through this site. You are also responsible for promptly notifying PERS of any errors or inaccuracies relating to information contained in, or omitted from your account statements, including errors or inaccuracies arising from the transactions conducted through this site. Finally, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information entered on this site prior to its submission, and you accept full responsibility for that data.

Definitions

• Personal Account - is the personal account of any Member, Retiree or Recipient of NVPERS.
• Business Account - is account for Agencies, such as Schools or Municipalities that have elected to join the retirement system and make contributions on behalf of its employees.
